NLRC Conducts Orientation on Programs and Administrative Matters
QUEZON CITY. – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) organized a comprehensive orientation program for newly-hired and promoted employees as part of the Commission's Induction Program. This orientation program was held on May 6-7, 2024, both at the NLRC Conference Room and via Zoom Application.
Covering essential modules, the orientation aimed to provide an overview of the Commission and address administrative matters. These modules included: Module 1: Overview of the Commission; Module 2: Administrative Matters: Compensation Benefits and Privileges; Module 3: Leave Benefits; Module 4: Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) and Benefits; Module 5: Rules of Procedure; and Module 6: Excellence in Public Service: Citizen's Charter and Streamlining Efforts, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards (RA 6713), Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices (RA 3019), and Quality Management System.
Chairperson Grace E. Maniquiz-Tan conveyed her appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the program, including the facilitators and the participating employees. She underscored that the initiative signifies the NLRC's steadfast dedication to nurturing a culture defined by excellence, integrity, and professionalism.
Through these sessions, employees gained valuable insights into NLRC's operations, administrative processes, and ethical standards, ensuring their effective integration into the Commission's workforce.
