The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) embarked on a far-reaching labor and employment agenda, furthering its efforts to be the pre-eminent government agency which has taken the lead in promoting and maintaining industrial peace based on social justice through economically-viable dispute settlement machinery. In coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the Commission implemented the Labor and Employment Agenda that includes streamlined arbitration and adjudication, strengthened conciliation and mediation, enhanced quality of decisions, intensified enforcement of judgment, empowered integrity standards, refined internal services, adopted digitalization reforms, refined social dialogue, promoted social justice, and established resiliency measures.
