NLRC NCR ARBITRATION BRANCH (NCRAB) TO RELOCATE TO BEN-LOR BUILDING FOR ENHANCED SERVICE DELIVERY

QUEZON CITY - The National Labor Relations Commission's (NLRC) National Capital Region Arbitration Branch (NCRAB) is preparing for a significant move to the Ben-Lor Building. Since 2019, the NLRC Main Office and NLRC NCRAB have been operating from separate locations, causing inconvenience to stakeholders. While the NLRC Commission Proper transferred to the Ben-Lor Building along Quezon Avenue, the NCRAB was situated at the Bookman Building along Quezon Avenue and the PPSTA Building in Banawe, Quezon City. This arrangement posed challenges for our valued client's, who had to navigate different buildings to access our services. Additionally, certain facilities in the Bookman and PPSTA buildings were no longer conducive to improvement, affecting both our clientele and dedicated officials and employees.

Recognizing the need for an efficient service delivery system and a better working environment, the NLRC, represented by Acting Chairperson Julia Cecily Coching-Sosito, recently entered into a lease contract for additional office spaces in the Ben-Lor Building. These newly acquired office spaces will house the NCRAB, along with its allied services, including the Public Attorney's Office (PAO) and Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Legal Aid offices. This relocation marks a significant milestone towards a more convenient, innovative, cost-effective, and uninterrupted provision of public service.

The move to the Ben-Lor Building is expected to enhance the efficiency of the NLRC NCRAB's operations and improve accessibility for stakeholders. Centralizing the Main Office, NCRAB and its allied services in a single location will streamline processes, reduce logistical challenges, and provide a more seamless experience for those seeking labor dispute resolution.

The NLRC's commitment to continuously improve service delivery aligns with its mission of promoting fair and just labor practices. The relocation to the Ben-Lor Building signifies the NLRC's dedication to creating a conducive environment for its officials, employees, and valued stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

As the NLRC prepares for this significant transition, it looks forward to providing an elevated level of service to the public, driven by innovation, convenience, and a strong commitment to resolving labor disputes in a timely and equitable manner. END
