NLRC ACTING CHAIRPERSON JULIA CECILY COCHING-SOSITO AND NCMB OFFICIALS COLLABORATE FOR EXPEDIENT RELEASE OF EXECUTION FEES

QUEZON CITY - In a significant development, National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Acting Chairperson Julia Cecily Coching-Sosito met with officials of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) on May 31, 2023.  The purpose of this important meeting was to discuss the swift release of execution fees for the services rendered by NLRC sheriffs in enforcing decisions issued by the Voluntary Arbitrators.

NLRC Acting Chairperson Sosito emphasized the importance of promptly disbursing the collectible execution fees, as they play a vital role in funding the execution-related expenses of the Regional Arbitration Branches (RABs).  These funds are crucial for ensuring the effective enforcement of the decisions made by the Voluntary Arbitrators and upholding the rights and interests of all parties involved.
