KORONADAL CITY – In a momentous event last June 7, 2023, the NLRC Regional Arbitration Branch XII (RAB XII) Cashier proudly released checks amounting to a total of P989,300.00 to 25 complainants who are predominantly farm and production workers hailing from Maitum, Sarangani Province. The NLRC RAB XII Cashier facilitated the efficient and secure distribution of checks to the rightful recipients-workers who personally received their checks at the NLRC RAB XII office in Koronadal City. This release marks the fulfillment of their judgment award.

The judgment award was rendered by Executive Labor Arbiter Jocelyn A. Vasallo, who presides over the case at NLRC SRAB XII General Santos City.  Her dedication to providing fair and just decisions led to the release of a total amount of P989,300.00 as a judgment award for the complainants.

This disbursement of checks demonstrates the NLRC’s unwavering commitment to resolving disputes and ensuring that rightful claims are duly recognized and fulfilled. The NLRC RAB XII is committed to upholding the principles of fairness and justice in labor-related matters.
