CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – NLRC Acting Chairperson Julia Cecily Coching-Sosito, alongside other NLRC officials, recently conducted an ocular inspection at the Regional Arbitration Branch X (RAB X) in Cagayan de Oro City on June 26, 2023.  This visit aimed to address immediate issues and concerns faced by RAB X, highlighting the NLRC’s commitment to ensuring optimal operations and service delivery.

The ocular inspection served as an opportunity for Acting Chairperson Sosito and the NLRC officials to personally assess the working conditions and facilities at RAB X.  By immersing themselves in the branch’s environment, they gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by the officials and staff, enabling them to devise appropriate solutions and improvements.

During the ocular inspection, fruitful discussions were held, allowing RAB X officials to express their pressing issues and concerns to Acting Chairperson Sosito and the NLRC team.  This open dialogue fostered a collaborative environment where all parties exchanged ideas, recommendations, and insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of RAB X operations.

Acting Chairperson Sosito emphasized the NLRC’s commitment to addressing the immediate issues and concerns raised by RAB X.  She assured the officials and staff of RAB X that their concerns will be given utmost attention, and appropriate actions will be taken to provide necessary support and resources.
