TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN – The National Labor Relations Commission - Regional Arbitration Branch II (NLRC-RAB II) warmly welcomed Honorable Clarissa G. Beltran-Lerios as the new Acting Executive Labor Arbiter.  On July 17, 2023, Hon. Beltran-Lerios arrived at the NLRC-RAB II office to assume her role as the acting head of the office.

The staff of RAB II gathered in a conference room as Hon. Beltran-Lerios officially assumed her new position.  During the meeting, she introduced herself and got acquainted with each member of the branch.  The gathering also served as an opportunity to discuss and address any pressing issues or concerns that the office may be facing.

Hon. Beltran-Lerios’ appointment as the Acting Executive Labor Arbiter of RAB II is supported by the staff, who look forward to her leadership and guidance in fulfilling the Commission’s mission of promoting labor justice and harmonious employer-employee relations in the region. 

With her extensive experience and expertise in labor administration, the NLRC RAB II is confident that Hon. Beltran-Lerios’ stewardship will lead to further advancements in the resolution of labor disputes and the delivery of quality public service.
