LEGAZPI CITY – In a significant development in the region, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Regional Arbitration Branch V in Legazpi City has awarded the Certificate of Sale for a levied personal property to the complainant. 

This milestone comes following a writ of execution issued by the Executive Labor Arbiter, Jesus Orlando M. Quiñones, which delegated Sheriff Trefoil B. Cantoria, Jr. the task of executing the judgment award.  

In compliance with this writ, Sheriff Cantoria, Jr. seized one (1) unit of a Split Type air conditioner owned by the respondent company.  This property will be put up for sale to satisfy the judgment award, amounting to P76,132.89, which represents money claims arising from employer-employee relationship.
