QUEZON CITY. - In promoting conciliation-meditation in the resolution of labor cases, the National Labor Relations Commission's (NLRC) NCR Single-Entry Approach (SEnA) Desk Office successfully settled a labor dispute, securing a favorable outcome for eight (8) complainants-painters. 

The respondent construction company opted to settle the matter, resulting in a payment of P157,000.00. This facilitation was achieved under the guidance of SEnA Conciliator-Mediator Nilda Reyes-Guzman.

Since its implementation, the NLRC's SEnA Program serves as an avenue for expediting the resolution of labor issues, and aims to provide a convenient and efficient process for both employers and employees. 

Through skilled and trained conciliators-mediators, the NLRC continues to uphold its commitment to resolving labor disputes promptly and justly.

The NLRC encourages all parties involved in labor disputes to utilize the SEnA Desk, an initiative designed to promote dialogue and reach amicable settlements. By doing so, the NLRC aims to foster a harmonious labor environment while ensuring the rights and welfare of all workers. END
