QUEZON CITY - In its dedication to promoting conciliation-mediation, the National Labor Relations Commission's (NLRC) NCR Single-Entry Approach (SEnA) Desk Office successfully settled a labor dispute, securing a favorable outcome for a field interviewer employee.

The respondent recruitment agency opted to settle the matter, resulting in the outright payment of P98,000,00 in cash. This accomplishment was made possible under the guidance of SEnA Conciliator-Mediator Josephine A. Gallenero.
