QUEZON CITY – In its commitment to promoting conciliation-mediation, the National Labor Relations Commission's (NLRC) NCR Single-Entry Approach (SEnA) Desk Office has achieved a triumphant resolution in a labor dispute involving money claims arising from employer-employee relationship, securing a favorable outcome for the air-condition installation workers.

Opting for settlement, the respondent air-conditioning company facilitated the payment of P95,000.00 for each worker. This accomplishment was made possible under the guidance of SEnA Conciliator-Mediator Josephine A. Gallenero.

Since its inception, the NLRC's Single-Entry Approach (SEnA) Program has served as a platform for the swift resolution of labor issues, aiming to provide a streamlined and efficient process for both employers and employees.

With the expertise of skilled and trained conciliators-mediators, the NLRC maintains its commitment to resolving labor disputes promptly and fairly.
