NLRC-CAR Successfully Enforces Judgments, Secures Compensation for Workers
Baguio City – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) has successfully executed and satisfied several labor judgments, ensuring that workers receive their rightful claims.
Among the notable cases, a Technical Lead working for an IT consultancy firm was awarded ?67,542.00 in unpaid salary. In another case, an Operations Manager from a BPO company secured ?1,150,266.00 in back wages and separation pay. Additionally, a cook, service crew, and cashier successfully obtained an initial garnished amount from their former employer, an eatery and convenience store, following a favorable ruling.
These successful executions highlight the NLRC CAR’s commitment to upholding labor rights and ensuring swift enforcement of decisions in favor of aggrieved employees. The outcomes were made possible through the dedicated efforts of Executive Labor Arbiter Reymund Celino, Labor Arbiter Malcolm Bacuso, Labor Arbitration Associate Ramir Badua, Sheriff Marcial Aning, Cashier Geralyn Sison, and Administrative Assistant II Mary Liezl Sangway.
