Quezon City - The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) successfully facilitated the settlement through the Single Entry Approach (SEnA) involving the claims of a Head of Operations from a Financial Institution, amounting to Php 3,173,884.38.

Through the efficient facilitation of SEnA Conciliator-Mediator Alyssa Clariz V. Plata-Flotildes, both parties were able to reach an amicable settlement of the monetary claims for said employee.

This settlement demonstrates the effectiveness of the SEnA program which provides a speedy, impartial, and inexpensive resolution of labor disputes through conciliation-mediation.
