TACLOBAN CITY – In a significant development, the Regional Arbitration Branch VIII (RAB VIII) of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), under the leadership of Executive Labor Arbiter Amelia B. Docena, successfully assisted in the voluntary satisfaction of a judgment award. This accomplishment highlights the NLRC’s commitment to upholding the rights and welfare of complainants-workers in the region.

Through the concerted efforts of Executive Labor Arbiter Docena and the RAB VIII employees, the complainants-workers in Tacloban City were able to receive the full amount of judgment award, totaling P640,200.00. The voluntary satisfaction of the judgment award is an attestation to the effectiveness and dedication of the NLRC RAB VIII in ensuring that rightful compensation is provided to deserving individuals.  

Under the guidance of Executive Labor Arbiter Docena, the branch demonstrates its unwavering commitment to fostering just and equitable working conditions for employees in Tacloban City.
