NLRC NCR Arbitration Branch Successfully Facilitates Settlement of Dispute Involving 7 Structured Cabling Workers
QUEZON CITY. - The NLRC NCR Arbitration Branch successfully mediated a settlement concerning money claims and a termination dispute involving seven (7) complainants working as structured cabling/leadmen and a construction company.
Accompanied by a PAO lawyer, the complainants received a thorough explanation of the terms and conditions before reaching an agreement through a compromise arrangement.
The resolution resulted in a total settlement award of P1,650,000.00, bringing complete satisfaction to the claims made.
This successful resolution was facilitated by Labor Arbiter Elium Banda, who ensured that both parties were well-informed about the provisions of the agreement.
Labor Arbiter Banda emphasized the mutually beneficial nature of entering into such an amicable settlement, thereby fostering understanding and cooperation between the concerned parties.
