NLRC RAB VIII Successfully Facilitates Full Satisfaction of P500K Judgment Award for Messenger/Janitorial Worker
TACLOBAN CITY. – In a significant triumph for labor rights, the National Labor Relations Commission Regional Arbitration Branch No. VIII (NLRC RAB VIII) successfully facilitated the full satisfaction of a judgment award amounting to P516,577.14 in favor of a messenger/janitorial worker.
Included in the favorable resolution were diverse claims such as backwages, salary differentials, separation pay, service incentive leave, and 13th-month pay, emphasizing NLRC's dedication to safeguarding workers' rights.
