TACLOBAN CITY. – In a significant triumph for labor rights, the National Labor Relations Commission Regional Arbitration Branch No. VIII (NLRC RAB VIII) successfully facilitated the full satisfaction of a judgment award amounting to P516,577.14 in favor of a messenger/janitorial worker. 

Included in the favorable resolution were diverse claims such as backwages, salary differentials, separation pay, service incentive leave, and 13th-month pay, emphasizing NLRC's dedication to safeguarding workers' rights.

Through meticulous negotiation and expert facilitation by Executive Labor Arbiter Amelia B. Docena, the judgment award was released, ensuring the complainant's claims were justly addressed.

Demonstrating its commitment to fair treatment of workers and swift justice in labor disputes, NLRC RAB VIII achieved this successful resolution.
