NLRC NCR Successfully Resolves Claims of Construction Workers Against Construction Company, Totaling P444K
QUEZON CITY – In a significant development, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) NCR has successfully settled the claims of construction workers against a construction company.
The complainants, seeking the NLRC’s help in their plea for unpaid wages, 13th-month pay, and Service Incentive Leave Pay (SILP), have reached an agreement totaling P444,662.40.
Facilitating the settlement process is Labor Arbiter John Paul D. Niones, the presiding officer at NCR Arbitration Branch No. 15.
This accomplishment underscores the NLRC's commitment to providing effective dispute resolution services and ensuring the rights of workers are upheld.
