QUEZON CITY – In a recent success for the National Labor Relations Commission NCR, the claims of warehouse personnel against a manpower agency have been successfully settled.

The complainants, represented by the Public Attorney's Office (PAO), sought separation pay amounting to P300,000.00.

Labor Arbiter John Paul D. Niones of NCR Arbitration Branch No. 15 played a crucial role in facilitating the settlement, ensuring a fair resolution for all parties involved.
