NLRC NCR Arbitration Branch Facilitates P2.11 Million Settlement for 73 Production Workers

Quezon City. – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) National Capital Region (NCR) Arbitration Branch has successfully facilitated a significant settlement amounting to P2,110,047.00 for 73 production workers. Guided by Labor Arbiter Leilani Braza-Oro, the settlement process demonstrates the effectiveness of mandatory conciliation-mediation conferences at the Labor Arbiter level.

The workers, whose claims involved unpaid benefits from their employer corporation, reached an amicable settlement following a series of mediation and negotiation sessions. Labor Arbiter Braza-Oro played a crucial role in mediating the discussions, guiding both parties toward a fair and satisfactory resolution.
