NLRC Holds Orientation Meeting on New Forms for Execution Cases and Post-Decision Settlements
Quezon City. – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) conducted an orientation meeting on August 29, 2024, at the NLRC BenLor Building, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, to introduce the new forms for execution cases and post-decision settlements. This activity was attended by Labor Arbitration Associates and other key staff from the Commission.
Aimed at familiarizing participants with the updated procedures and documentation for handling execution cases and reporting post-decision settlements, the orientation focused on ensuring more streamlined processes and improved case management within the Commission.
NLRC Chairperson Grace E. Maniquiz-Tan stressed the importance of the new forms in promoting efficiency and transparency in the arbitration process. She also noted that the updates align with the Commission’s ongoing efforts to expedite execution of judgment and facilitate faster reporting of post-decision settlements.
The meeting concluded with an open forum, where participants shared feedback and discussed concerns regarding the new forms and procedures.
