Davao City – The National Labor Relations Commission Regional Arbitration Branch XI (NLRC RAB XI) has successfully facilitated the release of a ?901,477.50 judgment award in favor of a land-based overseas Filipino worker (OFW).

This achievement was made possible through the issuance of a writ of execution of Executive Labor Arbiter Nelia Q. Tancio-Sedillo, with its effective enforcement carried out by Acting Sheriff Marthy Glenn R. Manreal.

The OFW had filed a case for illegal dismissal and sought monetary claims, including the salary for the unexpired portion of the contract and other benefits, against an international therapy and health-related services company, which was represented by a local agency in the country.
