NLRC RAB Xl Successfully Executes Over P869K in Judgment Awards for Sales Lady, Security Guard, and Merchandiser

Davao City – Demonstrating its firm commitment to the enforcement of labor judgment, the National Labor Relations Commission – Regional Arbitration Branch XI (NLRC RAB XI) successfully executed judgment awards totaling ?869,339.05 in favor of three workers in the Davao Region.

The first case involved two complainants—a sales lady and a security guard—who collectively received ?602,801.82 in monetary awards from a general merchandise company.

Facilitated by Sheriff Dexter O. Burlaza, the execution of the judgment ensured the respondent company's full compliance with the final decision. The award included salary differentials, 13th month pay, service incentive leave pay (SILP), separation pay, as well as exemplary damages.

In a separate case, a merchandiser was awarded ?266,537.23 in claims against a manpower services corporation, covering back wages, separation pay, and damages. The execution of the judgment was efficiently carried out by Acting Sheriff Marthy Glenn R. Manreal.

Both successful executions stemmed from the decisions issued by Executive Labor Arbiter Nelia Q. Tancio-Sedillo, highlighting the NLRC’s continued resolve in enforcing lawful awards and upholding the rights of workers.

Through the diligent efforts of its sheriffs, NLRC RAB XI continues to ensure that labor decisions are not only rendered but fully implemented—delivering concrete justice to employees and strengthening public trust in the Commission’s mandate.
