NLRC RAB XII Facilitates Pl.62-Million Judgment Awarg Release to 6 Workers of Construction Company
Koronadal City – In a significant affirmation of labor justice, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Regional Arbitration Branch XII (NLRC-RAB XII) facilitated the release of judgment awards totaling ?1,629,209.93 to six former employees of a construction company.
The monetary settlement covers claims for backwages, separation pay, 13th month pay, and service incentive leave pay (SILP).
Voluntary compliance with the final decision was demonstrated by the respondent company through the full settlement of the awarded claims. The workers, who served in various capacities such as prime mover drivers and carpenters, represented a broad spectrum of essential roles in the company.
With the assistance of Sheriff Jeston Errol H. Panganiban, the judgment awards were successfully handled over to the workers.
