He emphasized that the registration reflects the Commission’s full compliance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulatory standards set by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). He further underscored that the certification represents the Commission’s steadfast commitment to protecting personal data and upholding integrity, transparency, and accountability in all its operations—a milestone achieved through teamwork and the shared dedication of the entire NLRC workforce to responsible data management.
The NPC Certification and Seal of Registration affirm that the NLRC has established a comprehensive and compliant data protection framework, ensuring that the personal and sensitive information of workers, employers, and the general public are handled in accordance with national privacy and security standards.
