NLRC NCR Facilitates Php66M Settlement for 165 Workers in Beverage Manufacturing Company
QUEZON CITY— The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) National Capital Region (NCR) Arbitration Branch has successfully facilitated the settlement of Php66million in claims for 165 workers in a case filed against a major beverage manufacturing company.
The settlement was concluded on December 9, 2025 under the supervision of Labor Arbiter Anatoly N. Estrella, highlighting the continued effectiveness of execution conferences at the Labor Arbiter level.
The workers, who raised various employment-related grievances, reached an amicable agreement following a series of negotiations initiated and guided by the NLRC. This substantial settlement underscores the Commission’s dedication to upholding employee rights and ensuring that labor disputes are resolved promptly, fairly, and peacefully.
