QUEZON CITY—The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) National Capital Region Arbitration Branch (NCRAB) has successfully facilitated the settlement of the disability claims of an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) seafarer amounting to Php5,211,000.00.

The seafarer and representatives of the manning agency appeared at the Office of Labor Arbiter Salvador C. Alcuino on February 18, 2026 for the settlement process. They were assisted by Labor Arbitration Associate Francis T. Flotildes and Stenographic Reporter III Marck T. Foster.

The NLRC remains steadfast in its mission to provide accessible and efficient labor justice, ensuring fair and efficient dispute resolution for both local and OFWs.
