DAVAO CITY. — The National Labor Relations Commission's Regional Arbitration Branch XI (NLRC RAB XI) – Davao City successfully settled a labor dispute involving a total amount of P163,283.91 in money claims. Serving as a family driver, the complainant filed claims against his household employer.

The settlement marks a positive outcome for the complainant, who sought redress for money claims related to his employment as a family driver.  Labor Arbiter Franico C. Maskariño played a pivotal role in mediating the negotiations, ensuring a fair and just resolution for both parties involved.
