NLRC RAB VII Achieves Successful Resolution of Labor Dispute for Manufacturing Company Staff

CEBU CITY. — The National Labor Relations Commission's Regional Arbitration Branch VII (NLRC RAB VII) – Cebu City successfully mediated the resolution of claims involving six complainants employed as inspectors, technicians, and quality control personnel in a local manufacturing company. With a total settlement amounting to P1,198,962.06, this outcome signifies a notable triumph for labor rights in the region.

The resolution of this labor dispute was achieved through the efforts of Labor Arbiter Marive N. Peque, who played a crucial role in facilitating productive negotiations between the parties involved.
