Quezon City. – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) National Capital Region Arbitration Branch successfully mediated the resolution of claims filed by a group of security guards against their security agency, amounting to a total of P462,000.00.
These claims, which involved a range of issues stemming from employer-employee relationship, represent a significant step toward addressing labor grievances.
The management of the settlement process was spearheaded by Labor Arbiter Randy F. Pablo, ensuring that both parties arrived at a mutually advantageous agreement.
