The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) successfully conducted an orientation on the revised NLRC Citizen's Charter and the upcoming ARTA (Anti-Red Tape Authority) Report Card Survey 2.0. Held via Zoom on September 25, 2024, the orientation was attended by officials and employees of the Commission.
As the NLRC gears up for the ARTA Report Card Survey, NLRC Committee on Anti-Red Tape Chairperson Agnes Alexis L. De Grano encouraged everyone to stay focused on their goals of improving efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness.
The orientation aimed to familiarize participants with the latest revisions to the NLRC Citizen's Charter, which outlines the Commission's services, standards, and timelines. Emphasis was placed on ensuring that all personnel fully understood the revised procedures and standards, further streamlining service for stakeholders.
In addition, the orientation provided an overview of the ARTA Report Card Survey 2.0, which evaluates the performance of government agencies in delivering services to the public. This survey plays a crucial role in assessing the NLRC's efficiency and adherence to its Citizen's Charter, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
The NLRC’s proactive preparation for the ARTA survey reinforces its commitment to upholding transparency, accountability, and quality service for the public.
