NLRC-CAR Facilitates Series of Judgment Award Releases for Restaurant Administrative Staff, Construction Laborer, and IT Technical Service Representative
Baguio City – The National Labor Relations Commission–Cordillera Administrative Region (NLRC-CAR) has successfully facilitated the release of judgment awards to workers across various industries, ensuring that employees receive their rightful benefits.
These judgment award releases include ?44,862.80 awarded to a Technical Service Representative of an IT company for unpaid backwages; ?1,182,277.07 awarded to two administrative staff of a restaurant, covering their backwages and separation pay; and ?50,000.00 granted to a construction laborer as settlement pay from a construction company.
The processing and release of these awards were handled with the assistance of Geralyn Sison, Cashier, and Lily May Sable, Administrative Officer IV of the NLRC-CAR. Their efforts ensured that the concerned employees promptly received their entitlements.
