NLRC NCR SENA Desk Facilitates P775K Settlement for Workers of Janitorial & Manpower Services
Quezon City – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) National Capital Region (NCR), through its Single Entry Approach (SENA) Desk, successfully facilitated a settlement totaling ?775,000.00 for 13 workers employed by a janitorial and manpower services company.
Assisted by SENA Conciliator-Mediator Donabelle Cresencia V. Gozun, the settlement resolved an employment dispute and demonstrated the effectiveness of the SENA program in addressing labor issues.
The workers, who sought resolution for monetary claims against the company, reached an amicable agreement with the agency during the conciliation-mediation session.
