Quezon City – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) – National Capital Region (NLRC-NCR), through its Single Entry Approach (SENA) Desk, successfully facilitated monetary settlements amounting to ?60,000.00 for a paralegal officer employed by a distributor company and ?50,000.00 for a saleslady working at a jewelry store.

Assisted by SENA Conciliator-Mediator Josephine A. Gallenero, the settlement resolved an employment dispute and demonstrated the effectiveness of the SENA program in addressing labor issues.

The workers, who sought resolution for labor issues against the distributor company and jewelry store, reached an amicable agreement with the companies during the conciliation-mediation session.
