Quezon City – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) – National Capital Region (NLRC-NCR), through its Single Entry Approach (SENA) Desk, successfully facilitated monetary settlements amounting to ₱1,050,000.00 for 21 factory workers employed by a manufacturing company.

Assisted by SENA Conciliator-Mediator Hazel M. Baylon, the settlement resolved an employment dispute and demonstrated the effectiveness of the SENA program in addressing labor issues.

The workers, who sought for the payment of separation pay against the manufacturing company, reached an amicable agreement during the conciliation-mediation session.

Serving as a valuable tool for both workers and employers seeking fair outcomes, the SENA program aims to provide speedy and amicable resolutions to labor conflicts.
