Quezon City – In line with its continuing commitment to deliver prompt and just resolution of labor disputes, the National Labor Relations Commission - National Capital Region (NLRC NCR) Arbitration Branch successfully facilitated a settlement amounting to ₱425,000.00 in favor of quality control employees of a steel manufacturing company.

The settlement covered separation pay claims filed by the employees and was made possible through the conciliation and mediation efforts of Labor Arbiter Salvador C. Alcuino, Jr.

Through the Commission’s arbitration proceedings, both parties voluntarily reached an amicable resolution without the need for protracted litigation. The swift and fair outcome exemplifies NLRC's dedication to protecting workers’ rights while promoting industrial peace and cooperation between labor and management.

The NLRC commended the parties for their cooperation and reaffirmed its mission to uphold labor justice and ensure the equitable treatment of all employees under the law.
