Butuan City – In a firm demonstration of its commitment to uphold workers’ rights and promote industrial peace, the National Labor Relations Commission – Regional Arbitration Branch XIII (NLRC RAB XIII) successfully facilitated a settlement totaling ₱1,366,959.68 in favor of seven delivery drivers who filed a complaint for money claims including backwages and separation pay against a logistics company.

The drivers filed a complaint for money claims, which included backwages and separation pay, against a logistics company operating in the region. The resolution of the case was achieved through amicable settlement proceedings led by the Office of Labor Arbiter Rotela Fatima A. Ortiz.

This development underscores the NLRC’s unwavering dedication to promoting industrial peace by providing workers and employers a venue for the speedy, fair, and peaceful resolution of labor disputes.
