Davao City – In a continuing demonstration of its commitment to labor justice and the protection of workers' rights, the National Labor Relations Commission – Regional Arbitration Branch XI (NLRC RAB XI) successfully enforced a ₱420,000.00 judgment award in favor of a Chief Security Officer based in Davao City.

The award covers monetary claims including separation pay, backwages, proportionate 13th month pay, and service incentive leave pay. These were granted pursuant to a labor case filed by the employee against a wholesale and retail trade company operating in the region.

The execution of the judgment was facilitated by Executive Labor Arbiter Nelia Q. Tancio-Sedillo, with key support from Sheriff Marthy Glenn A. Manreal. Their diligent coordination ensured the prompt and proper enforcement of the labor tribunal’s decision, underscoring NLRC RAB XI’s commitment to upholding enforceable and timely labor decisions.
