NLRC-NCR Facilitates Million Settlement for Merchandisers at Execution Stage
Quezon City — Reinforcing its mandate to deliver just and efficient labor dispute resolution, the National Labor Relations Commission – National Capital Region (NLRC-NCR) Arbitration Branch has successfully facilitated a ₱2,200,000.00 settlement during the execution stage of a labor case filed by two merchandiser-employees against a service provider company.
The settlement represents the full monetary benefits due to the complainant-workers, including unpaid wages, allowances, and other entitlements granted by final judgment.
Labor Arbiter Loverhette Jeffrey P. Villordon handled the case and facilitated the settlement, ensuring timely and equitable resolution of the claims during the enforcement stage. The parties reached a mutually agreed settlement, preventing further delays and promoting voluntary compliance with the labor tribunal's decision.
NLRC-NCR continues to uphold labor rights and promote industrial peace through decisive action, efficient case handling, and fair settlement facilitation — even beyond adjudication.
