San Fernando City, Pampanga – In a continued demonstration of its commitment to just and efficient labor dispute resolution, the National Labor Relations Commission – Regional Arbitration Branch III (NLRC RAB III) successfully facilitated a settlement amounting to ₱630,000.00 in favor of a Project Team Leader who filed a complaint against an outsourcing company operating in the region.

The settlement covered unpaid salaries, 13th month pay, service incentive leave pay, and other monetary benefits lawfully due to the complainant. The case arose from the worker’s claims of non-payment of lawful compensation during his employment under the outsourcing firm.

Labor Arbiter Alain Paul B. Espino facilitated the conciliation proceedings, which resulted in the amicable settlement. His handling of the case ensured a timely, fair, and mutually acceptable resolution for both parties at the arbitration level.

NLRC RAB III reaffirmed its commitment to promoting social justice by ensuring that workers’ rights are protected and upheld through accessible, efficient, and responsive dispute settlement mechanisms.
