Quezon City — The National Labor Relations Commission–National Capital Region Arbitration Branch (NLRC-NCRAB), through its Single-Entry Approach (SEnA) Desk, successfully facilitated a settlement amounting to ₱5.7 million in favor of 23 delivery riders.

The amicable settlement, which covered unpaid 13th month pay and other benefits, was reached after a series of conciliation-mediation conferences facilitated by SEnA Conciliator-Mediator Evan Kenneth R. Antonio in a dispute involving an e-commerce company.

The riders signed their quitclaims and releases in three batches on August 18, August 28, and September 5, 2025.

“We are thankful to our conciliator-mediator and the NLRC because they were with us all the way. Thank you for assisting us in our concerns,” one of the riders said in Filipino during the final signing of quitclaims on September 5.

The NLRC commended the full cooperation and good faith shown by both the workers and their employer throughout the process.

Through the SEnA program, the NLRC continues to pursue speedy, fair, and amicable resolutions of labor disputes through alternative modes of settlement, thereby contributing to the promotion of industrial peace.
