NLRC Personnel Join Expanded 4PH National Housing Expo 2025

Pasay City — Personnel from the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) participated in the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) National Housing Expo 2025 held on October 24, 2025, at the World Trade Center, Pasay City. The event, themed “Build Homes, Build Happiness,” was organized by the Pag-IBIG Fund in celebration of National Shelter Month 2025.

The NLRC’s participation came upon the invitation of the Pag-IBIG Fund, which recognized the Commission as one of its valued partners in promoting the welfare of public servants through accessible and affordable housing opportunities. This initiative supports the “whole-of-government” approach of the Marcos Administration which aims to strengthen inter-agency collaboration in uplifting the lives of Filipino workers and government employees.

During the Expo, NLRC personnel were able to explore quality homeownership and rental housing options under the Expanded 4PH Program, bid for Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) from Pag-IBIG Fund’s property inventory, and avail of on-site housing loan consultations and reservation services facilitated by Pag-IBIG Fund representatives.

The on-site services provided participants with the opportunity to apply for, reserve, and even purchase their own homes during the event, reflecting the government’s continuing effort to make homeownership more attainable for Filipino families.

NLRC Chairperson Grace E. Maniquiz-Tan expressed her full support for the Pag-IBIG Fund’s initiative and commended its unwavering commitment to improving the lives of government employees and Filipino workers. She emphasize that the NLRC fully supports this partnership, as it aligns with the Commission’s vision of nurturing a competent, secure, and empowered public service.

The participation of NLRC personnel in the Expanded 4PH National Housing Expo 2025 underscores the Commission’s continued commitment to promoting the overall well-being of its employees and supporting national initiatives that advance social justice, employee welfare, and inclusive development.
