QUEZON CITY—Eleven newly hired and promoted employees of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) formally took their oath of office during the flag-raising ceremony last November 11, 2025.

Sixth Division Presiding Commissioner Agnes Alexis Lucero-De Grano led the oath-taking ceremony and congratulated the employees in their appointment and promotion.

The employees who were appointed in September and October 2025 and assigned at the Main Office and Regional Arbitration Branches (RABs) in the National Capital Region (NCR), Zamboanga Peninsula (RAB IX), and Davao (RAB XI) are:

1. Imelda Francisco – Administrative Officer V, Main Office

2. Irish Lopez – Administrative Assistant V, NCR

3. Giancarlo Go – Administrative Assistant V, NCR

4. Mary Josephine Nagpacan – Administrative Assistant V, NCR

5. Patricia Bernice Abordo – Administrative Assistant V, NCR

6. Gerard Paolo Erasga – Administrative Assistant V, RAB IX

7. Joseph Serenio – Administrative Assistant II, RAB XI

8. Vicente Roman Mayor – Sheriff III, NCR

9. Aristotle Tamondong – Sheriff III, NCR

10. Lowie Farro – Bailiff II, NCR

11. Romeo Matas – Security Guard I, NCR

Presiding Commissioners Julia Cecily Sosito and Dolores Peralta Beley and Commissioners Gina Cenit-Escoto, Mary Ann Plata-Daytia, and Gavino Meneses also congratulated and welcomed the newly sworn-in employees as they embark on their new responsibilities toward promoting and maintaining industrial peace.
