Davao City – The National Labor Relations Commission Regional Arbitration Branch (NLRC RAB) XI recently facilitated the satisfaction and release of judgment awards amounting to more than ₱1.5 million in favor of a cooperative manager and a group of farm laborers, ensuring the enforcement of their monetary claims and benefits.

A cooperative manager from a Multi-Purpose Cooperative received a full judgment award totaling ₱565,628.59, representing work-related monetary claims.

Meanwhile, 26 farm laborers employed under a Manpower Agency/Agriculture enterprise received a partial satisfaction amounting to ₱1,000,000.00, likewise representing labor-related monetary awards.

The execution and release of these awards were facilitated by Sheriffs Dexter O. Burlasa and Marthy Glenn A. Manreal, whose coordinated efforts ensured the timely delivery of justice and monetary relief to the workers involved.

NLRC RAB XI reaffirmed its commitment to upholding workers’ rights and enforcing final judgments without delay. The Branch emphasized that the effective execution of labor decisions is vital in strengthening public trust in the NLRC’s mandate to provide accessible, fair, and responsive labor justice.
