QUEZON CITY—In line with its commitment to promote accessible and expeditious resolution of labor disputes, the Single-Entry Approach (SEnA) Desk at the National Capital Region Arbitration Branch (NCRAB) of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) successfully facilitated the settlement of money claims amounting to Php528,121.50 for a sales supervisor of a local publishing house.

The settlement award covers the separation pay, leave pay, and 13th month pay of the sales supervisor.

This was the result of a conciliation-mediation conference on February 18, 2026 which was facilitated by SEnA Conciliator-Mediator Diana R. Rillo, who guided the parties to reach mutually acceptable agreements.

This latest successful settlement further reinforces the NLRC’s mandate in promoting alternative modes of dispute resolution.
