NLRC Honors Presiding Commissioner Dolores M. Peralta-Beley on Her Retirement
Baguio City — The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) formally honored Dolores M. Peralta-Beley, Presiding Commissioner of the Commission’s 5th Division, on the occasion of her retirement held on March 5, 2026, recognizing her decades of dedicated and exemplary service to the institution and to the Filipino people.
In an En Banc Resolution, the Commission expressed its deepest appreciation and commendation for Presiding Commissioner Peralta-Beley’s invaluable contributions to the advancement of labor justice and the fulfillment of the NLRC’s mandate.
Presiding Commissioner Peralta-Beley began her distinguished career in public service in 1999, serving first as a Labor Arbiter before rising through the ranks to become Commissioner and eventually Presiding Commissioner of the 5th Division. Over the years, she represented both the management sector and the government, demonstrating versatility and a deep understanding of the labor relations landscape.
Throughout her tenure, she consistently exemplified integrity, professionalism, and impartiality in the discharge of her duties. Her work significantly contributed to the fair and expeditious resolution of labor disputes, thereby strengthening public trust and confidence in the Commission.
Beyond her adjudicative functions, Presiding Commissioner Peralta-Beley played a vital role in institutional development and governance. She served as Chairperson of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board, Member of the Third Level Screening Committee, and Member of the Committee on the Revision of the NLRC Rules. Prior to her service in the NLRC, she also held key positions as an Overseas Employment Adjudicator and as Attorney III at the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, further enriching her expertise in labor and employment law.
Colleagues and stakeholders alike have recognized her for her profound knowledge of labor laws and jurisprudence, as well as her genuine empathy for workers and steadfast commitment to the principles of social justice.
