NLRC NCRAB Facilitates Amicable Settlement for 7 Workers at Online Selling Platform
QUEZON CITY—In a significant effort to ensure the prompt delivery of justice, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) National Capital Region Arbitration Branch (NCRAB) No. 22, headed by Labor Arbiter Anatoly N. Estrella and through its Labor Arbitration Associate, Atty. Juanito B. Gumpal, Jr., successfully facilitated an amicable settlement between seven workers and an online selling platform after a series of execution conferences.
On March 18, 2026, the parties agreed to settle the case in the total amount of Php9,338,840.75, enabling the swift payment of the complainants’ money judgment award. This outcome underscores the vital role of execution conferences in bridging gaps between parties and expediting the enforcement of decisions in labor cases.
By encouraging open dialogue and practical solutions, the NLRC-NCRAB continues to uphold its commitment to efficient dispute resolution—ensuring that justice is not only served but delivered without unnecessary delay.
This achievement highlights how proactive mediation during the execution stage can significantly speed up the satisfaction of judgment awards, benefiting both workers and employers alike.
