CEBU CITY. – National Labor Relations Commission - Regional Arbitration Branch VII in Cebu City has achieved a significant milestone by successfully settling the monetary claims of 10 complainants, who are production and maintenance workers, against a manufacturing company.  The total settlement amount reached P1,421,201.50.

Facilitating the resolution of this labor dispute was the office of Labor Arbiter Maria Theresa S. Salas.  Through her guidance and expertise, both parties were able to reach a mutually acceptable agreement, bringing closure to the issue.

The settlement represents a significant victory for the aggrieved workers, ensuring that their rights and entitlements are duly recognized and addressed.  It also highlights the commitment of NLRC Regional Arbitration Branch VII to uphold fairness and justice in labor relations within its jurisdiction.
