NLRC NCR Settled Labor Dispute for Injured Equipment Operator
QUEZON CITY – National Labor Relations Commission - National Capital Region Arbitration Branch (NLRC NCRAB) has achieved a significant milestone in resolving a labor dispute filed by an equipment operator against a manufacturing company due to a work-related injury. The complainant, who had to separate from work due to the injury, sought compensation for their ordeal.
In a commendable move towards amicable resolution, the manufacturing company agreed to settle the dispute, acknowledging its responsibility. Serving as a form of redress for the equipment operator’s suffering and loss, the settlement totals P315,000.00.
Labor Arbiter John Paul D. Niones of Arbitration Branch No. 15 led the facilitation of this settlement, ensuring a fair and just outcome for both parties involved through his expertise and dedication.
This achievement underscores the commitment of NLRC NCR to uphold the rights of workers and ensure that grievances are addressed promptly and fairly.
