QUEZON CITY. - In commemoration of Women's Month, the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) organized a Gender and Development (GAD) Lecture.

Held on March 8, 2024, via Zoom, the event aimed to shed light on the Rights of Women and the Safe Spaces Act.

Attended by NLRC officials and employees nationwide, the lecture served as a platform to raise awareness on gender-related issues and reinforce the Commission's commitment to promoting gender equality.

The initiative also sought to strengthen NLRC's GAD Programs, emphasizing the importance of creating safe and inclusive spaces for all genders in the workplace.
