NLRC Seventh Division Successfully Settles Labor Dispute
Cebu City. – The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Seventh Division has successfully facilitated the settlement of a labor dispute involving three complainants and their former employer. A total settlement amount of P330,000.00 was awarded.
In the exercise of its original and appellate jurisdiction, the NLRC is committed to exerting all efforts towards the amicable settlement of labor disputes. This recent settlement underscores the Commission's dedication to resolving conflicts in a fair and efficient manner.
The settlement process was facilitated by Commissioner Nendell Hanz Z. Abella and Commissioner Maria Joyce L. Seno-Kho, with the valuable assistance of Commission Attorney Donn Ed Martin A. Abril. Their collaborative efforts ensured that the parties reached a mutually agreeable resolution, demonstrating the NLRC's commitment to fostering harmonious labor relations.
